County information used in Customer Ship To addresses, fertilizer, and reports is maintained in Access Counties. See Browse Counties for the list of existing counties.

Add or Edit a County
Enter up to five alpha-numeric characters for the County ID.
Provide the county Name, up to 30 alpha-numeric characters.
The two letter State abbreviation is required. Type into the field or select
Indicate the Type of county using the options available in Type. Only one Type can be selected for a county.
Select Save.
